SCUNTHORPE SOCIETY OF MODEL ENGINEERS
The society was formed in 1935 by 20 members (see photo) and over the years the society as had a few different meeting places. At the present time we meet at Old Brumby United Church Hall Ashby Road. (Formally St. Marks Church.) The first Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm. We also have a 5″ & 31/2″ raised track at Normanby Hall Country Park on the outskirts of Scunthorpe.
