Worcester and District Model Engineers

Worcester and District Model Engineers Web site. The club was founded in1946 and a straight track was built in Gullevelt park of 100 yards length having 2 1/2, 3 1/2 and 5 inch gauge tracks. After a period of time it was felt more appropriate to provide a closed loop track, however, the local council would not permit this in the park, and offered the present Diglis site as an alternative venue.
