Fenland Light Railway
The Fenland Light Railway was first established over 20 years ago from members of the Ramsey Miniature Steam Railway Society. Our present available engines range from an ever reliable Romulus, a petrol 0-4-0 and 2 electric loco’s. The rolling stock consists of a pair of sit in coaches, some sit-astrides and a variety of permanent way wagons.
We operate on an oval of track of approx. 300 yards long the majority of which is at sea level but dips below mean sea level in a few places. This is probably unique in the United Kingdom except if you visit a mine.
Jim Vass Miniature Locomotives
Specialises in supplying drawings, castings and fittings for a wide range of 7 1/4 inch gauge locomotives. Some 5″ gauge are available by request.

The Society is a group of friends from all over the world. We send a magazine to members four times a year which is full of excellent items about railway topics that are not available elsewhere. It contains a wealth of news, exhibition dates and invitations to private railway open days
